Caring for Yourself - This week, we will speak about the importance of self-care practices, including the need for self-compassion, understanding trauma, and appropriate expectations you can have for yourself.
Your Grief Journey & Remembering Loved Ones - This week, all members of the group will have an opportunity to talk about your loss(es) and loved one(s) with the group. This will be a week of reflection and support.

Disenfranchised Grief + Ambigious Loss - Impact on Relationships and Expectations From Others - This week, we will discuss the impact loss has on our relationships, and how to deal with expectations from others and society as a whole.
