naturopathic medicine
Naturopathic Medicine is a system of health care that merges evidence-based traditional therapies with modern medicine. Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) are experts in natural medicine and lifestyle medicine, and use a variety of non-pharmaceutical therapies to address acute and chronic concerns.
Naturopathic Doctors are medically trained, naturally focused primary health care practitioners. They are well versed in physical examinations, medical diagnostics, and laboratory medicine. NDs offer routine exams such as PAP tests and gynaecological exams, annual physicals, and well-child checkups.
