Stroller bootcamp is an outdoor fitness program designed for postpartum mamas. Enjoy fun and movement in the sun with your baby while connecting with other moms! Catered to ALL levels of fitness!
Classes run as a 6-week series with two classes per week OR you can register for individual classes. Classes run rain or shine.

don't let the name "bootcamp" intimidate you! we specially cater each class to every level of fitness - whether it's your first time touching a mat or 100th. we love combining movement with laughter and community in a way that's accessible to all. if there is an exercise you are uncomfortable or cannot do, we always have modifications to best suit your needs, with no judgement :)

six weeks postpartum minimum. it’s important to have the ‘green light’ from your healthcare provider before jumping into any exercise program postpartum. not sure if your body is ready? schedule a consultation with one of our incredible pelvic health physiotherapists!

nope. any stroller will do!

besides a stroller, you will need a yoga mat, a blanket/towel, and small handweights (handweights not required as body weight workouts are completely fine!).
bringing a water bottle and some light snacks is also recommended :)

summer is unpredictable! we never want you feeling like you have to come to class in cases of heat warnings, storm warnings, etc.
depending on severity, classes will be cancelled minimum 1 hour prior to start time.
classes may be postponed by your trainer to a later date. if this option is offered and does not work for you, you may take an account credit or we can look at alternative class options for you.
if you are feeling uncomfortable to participate, please contact us and we can offer you a credit for a class missed or an alternative option indoors (when available) or outdoors (another stroller class at a later date).

Cancellations: you may cancel up to 24 hours before your class/series. We can provide a credit to use towards a future class or course.
Make up classes: you may have up to 3 make up classes per series. If you cannot make a class please contact our admin team to arrange a make up class (for any drop in class on the schedule - yoga, pilates, stroller, fitness). Must be used before the end of your series.
NO refunds. NO credits for missed classes.

Springbank Park
Meeting spot is at the Guy Lombardo Pavillion - 285 Wonderland Road south. Enter the parking lot on Wonderland Road and Springbank Drive across from the Riverview apartments and London Children’s Connection.

Gibbons Park
Meeting spot is at the Victoria Street parking lot, at the end of Victoria St besides the Montessori School.

Illderton
We will be meeting at Meadowcreek Park.
stroller bootcamp schedule
Classes = drop-in classes (use your class pack to register for all classes you want to attend. If you do not see any availability for your desired class please contact us and we can assess total class numbers and book you in if there is space).
Courses = 6-week class series with consecutive classes each week (2 classes per week - same day, time, and location). You only need to register once.
If you do not have a class pack, you will be required to purchase a class pack prior to signing up.
