Emily Downs, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor

I have always been a mover. Growing up as a dancer taught me how much I can express through movement. Carrying that forwards into my adult years I still feel there is so much power in being able to move the body with strength and integrity.

Offering classes in both yoga and fitness has allowed me to marry the two worlds into a very effective way of moving. I love to explore shapes and range as well as take pride in making sessions/ classes fun and intuitive.

Really looking forward to connect with all the new people and help you to feel strong and healthy!
