pregnancy support series
Pregnancy isn't always what we're told it would be - a 'glowing' time of joy and happiness. Pregnancy can come with anxiety, worry, depression, loneliness, body dysmorphia and more. Experiences often too embarrassing to share.
This four week group series provides a safe space for women/birthing people to process feelings about their pregnancy, learn coping skills for stress, anxiety, and/or depression, and connect with other expecting moms who are facing unexpected feelings during their pregnancy.
