We’ve partnered with two boutique fitness clubs in the city to offer the best fitness program for moms and their babies. at FitClub Bootcamp and BP8 Fitness, classes are led by experienced Fitness Trainers to assist in a safe approach to reintroduce you to strength training, heal and connect with your body.

Classes = drop-in classes (use your class pack or account credit to register for all classes you want to attend. If you do not see any availability for your desired class please contact us and we can assess total class numbers and book you in if there is space).

Courses = 6-week class series with consecutive classes each week (2 classes per week - same day, time, and location). You only need to register once.

If you do not have a class pack, you can purchase one when you register.
