Partnered with FitClub Bootcamp to offer the best fitness program for moms and their babies. Classes are led by an experienced Fitness Trainer to assist in a safe approach to reintroduce you to strength training, heal and connect with your body.
Sign up for the full 6-week series with two classes per week OR register for individual classes.

Fitclub Bootcamps is located on 962 Leathorne Street, right beside CPC Healthcare Supplies and across the street from TVDSB Facility Services. There are plenty of free parking spaces at the gym!

We keep it simple. Just yourself and your baby or toddler! We provide everything you need for the class - mat, weights, and fun music with a beat. You will not even feel like you’re working out. You can bring your water bottle, but we have water and cups if you forget. We recommend bringing a snack to have after class.

Babies and toddlers 0-3.

Cancellations: you may cancel up to 24 hours before your class/series. We can provide a credit to use towards a future class or course.
Make up classes: you may have up to 3 make up classes per series. If you cannot make a class please contact our admin team to arrange a make up class (for any drop in class on the schedule - yoga, pilates, stroller, fitness). Must be used before the end of your series.
NO refunds. NO credits for missed classes.

To ensure that we are at a safe level of participants, we require that once you have signed up for a 6-week series you stay in the 6-week series, unless of sickness or emergency.
If you are having trouble with the structure of 2 classes per week, we recommend buying the 10 class pack instead so you can book in as needed!

Classes = drop-in classes (use your class pack or account credit to register for all classes you want to attend. If you do not see any availability for your desired class please contact us and we can assess total class numbers and book you in if there is space).
Courses = 6-week class series with consecutive classes each week (2 classes per week - same day, time, and location). You only need to register once.
If you do not have a class pack, you can purchase one when you register.
