prenatal pilates classes

As a mother-to-be, taking care of your physical and mental well-being is essential. Our Prenatal Pilates class offers a safe and enjoyable way to maintain fitness, cultivate body awareness, and foster a positive mindset throughout your pregnancy. Our instructors provide modifications to suit each individual's stage of pregnancy and physical condition. The class is suitable for women at any fitness level, whether they are new to Pilates or have previous experience.

classes run as a 6-week series. drop in and flex pass option available.

registration options

6-week series: $120 +hst

choose this option if you plan to attend the same class each week

8-class flex pass: $168 +hst

can be used for ANY yoga, pilates, or fitness class!

choose this option if you need to pick different classes to attend each week

purchasing: please phone one of our locations to purchase your flex pass before booking your classes and we will process payment for you

booking your classes: after purchasing your pass, select the ‘8-class flex pass booking’ option when registering for all 8 of your classes online

drop-in: $22 +hst

choose this option if you want to drop in to any of the classes in the schedule below

if you received a free class pass card - just register under the “drop-in” option and let one of our admin staff know!

If the class you want to attend is not showing any availability for the flex pass or drop in option, please phone us so we can confirm if there is space available and we can register you.

This will prevent any billing errors.

  • We keep it simple. Just yourself! We provide everything you need for the class - mat, weights, and fun music with a beat. You will not even feel like you’re working out. You can bring your water bottle, but we have water and cups if you forget. We recommend bringing a snack to have after class.

  • The class is geared for any stage of your pregnancy. You don’t need to be “showing” to come to a prenatal fitness class. And you’re never “too pregnant”. If you are excited to join and want to check out a class, then that means you’re ready to start. See you soon! As always, if you’re not sure about fitness, check with your primary provider.

  • We get it! Pregnancy is unpredictable, so that’s why we offer a generous and easy to access cancellation policy on our prenatal fitness and yoga classes. You can cancel at anytime, and we will credit your account with the amount of the remaining classes. You can use this credit for ANY class, course, or service. It never expires, so if you’re not in again until for a while, the credit will still be there on your account.
