Whether you're looking to get Fit in the 4th Trimester or Glow from the Inside Out, this 4-week program is your roadmap to becoming your Healthiest Self!

You'll learn about everything from pumping iron to probiotics & cross training to coconut oil. And to make sure your mind is clear & fresh, we're beginning each night with a challenging 45 min Group Bootcamp that will expose you to the world of TRX, HIIT, Tabata, Plyometrics, Pilates & Yoga.

This is the real deal and the right time for you empower yourself with the knowledge to transform your life!

WEEK 1: FOUNDATIONS OF CLEAN EATING + FUNCTIONALLY STRONG Workout: Functional Fitness focusing on all bodyweight exercises using proper form to not only support the activities you do all day but burn some major calories!

Nutrition Seminar: We're kicking off with a back to basics approach that will teach you the principles of eating clean, whole foods and how to effectively fuel your workouts and your life! You will learn how to naturally restore balance & vibrant energy to your body in a sustainable way. Other topics covered in this seminar are Supplements, Organic vs Local & the Perfect Daily Smoothie {which you'll be treated to after your workout}

WEEK 2: PLANNING TO BE HEALTHY + PERSONAL BEST WORKOUT
Workout: In this fast-paced Tabata style workout you won't be competing against anyone but yourself and will be pushed to achieve your personal best!

Nutrition Seminar: This week you'll learn how to take the guesswork out of healthy living & goal achievement so you can live the life you really want….a life by design. We'll be talking meal & workout planning, the math behind losing weight & how to fit healthy habits into your life. Oh and that vision board you've always wanted to create? We're starting that this week too!

WEEK 3: DETOXING FOR A CLEAN BODY + DETOXIFYING POWER YOGA

Workout: We're cranking up the heat this week as we flow our bodies through a power yoga session. Lots of deep belly breathing & detoxifying yoga twists...will be the perfect way to kick off a healthy discussion on detoxing.

Nutrition Seminar: This week you're going to learn how to glow from the inside out by detoxing your body with cleansing foods, supplements & rituals as well as adopting a clean & organic beauty routine. Recipes for making your own green cleaners & beauty products will be provided!

WEEK 4: SUPERFOODS, STRESS BUSTERS + STRONG CORE WORKOUT

Workout: To prepare you for our nutrition topic on having a healthy gut, this workout will be heavily focused on developing a strong core. Welcome that 6 pack with open arms as you incorporate a whole lot of planks in between every exercise tonight!

Nutrition Seminar: This week we focus on how to take your diet to the next level. You'll learn about the Top 10 Superfoods to start eating now, how to take your stress levels down through alkalizing foods and why probiotics are all the rage.
